Starting out

    Why do stereo anyway?
  • Stereo photography is the most realistic way to capture and view still images. It can take a little while to master but it's worth the effort.
A guide for new stereo photographers
  • This guide is intended to help orient new Club members to the world of stereo photography by covering many of the areas that new members often ask questions about.

    Notes from 3D Workshop
  • These notes were made for a workshop for members in May 2008. It describes some ways to take stereos using a digital camera, including the cha-cha method. This works equally well with film and digital cameras but it can require a lot of experimentation and so is ideally suited to someone with a single digital camera because film processing can be prohibitively expensive.
